About Agent

Real estate has been my career of choice for many years. I have been fortunate enjoy to have enjoyed considerable success over a long period, selling in excess of one thousand (1,000) homes. I eased off over the last couple of years to temporarily redirect some attention elsewhere and now I am fully re-engaged, once again pursuing a career I love.

With real estate, experience is everything there is no substitute. When you consider we are dealing with one of, if not the most important asset in peoples’ lives and if we do that well we reduce what is often a huge amount of stress for both the seller and buyer. Sometimes things don’t go as planned, but if you have someone with the right experience on your side, everything can be back on track in the blink of an eye. With unexperienced people, it can get out of control very quickly and this often happens unnecessarily.

My knowledge of the industry, what makes the industry work, the drivers that direct it, how to prepare properties for sale and market them, plus how to construct and keep real estate contracts together is extremely strong and better than most. Importantly, I also understand people. To achieve great outcomes, you can never over-estimate the importance of people feeling confident with what they are doing. In most cases that feeling is as important as the action.
